谷中で一日店長

今日から３連休
天気はすこぶる良さそうだ。
秋晴れの勤労感謝の日。
行楽にお出かけに世間は忙しそうだ。

今朝、友人からのメールで

「夫婦で一日店長を任されたので遊びに来て！」
という伝言があった。
彼ら夫婦とは写真学校時代からの付き合いで同じ道を目指した時代もあったがかれはいま木工製作の仕事に従事している。

奥さんとも手作り味噌ではお世話になった。

味噌づくりの話はまた今度書くとして少しずつ作ってきた手作りの木を使った作品を少しずつ貯めてきたものを展示販売をするようだ。

とても手先の器用なやつでペーパーナイフを作っていた彼の先品第一号をいただいた。

とても変わった格好をしていたがなるほどというくらいに感心させられた。

とにかくしつこいくらいに質感にこだわる奴。

職人気質というものだろう。

僕も今日は少し仕事があるので事務所に行く前によってお祝いの言葉を投げてこようと思う。

たくさんのお客さんが来てくれるといいな。
